What makes your meat different from what I’d find at a grocery store?

We focus on locally sourced, humanely raised meats with no additives or preservatives. Our beef comes from Red Poll cattle, our pork from Berkshire hogs, and we also carry non‑GMO chicken and eggs. That means better flavor, better texture, and transparency you can trust.

What’s included in your butcher boxes, and can they be customized?

Our butcher boxes are curated for convenience and value, featuring a mix of fresh cuts, frozen beef or pork, and customer favorites. Availability varies by season, but customization options are often available—just ask our team to build a box that fits your cooking style or freezer space.

What types of events do you cater, and what’s most popular?

We cater everything from office lunches and game days to family gatherings, featuring crowd‑favorite sandwiches like ribeye, chicken, pork, and our local staple—the Scurri Burger. Catering is done with the same high‑quality meats you know from our shop, so guests always notice the difference.

What’s coming next for the shop?

We’re always growing! We’re currently exploring a Growler Station so customers can take home some of our favorite brews. Plus, we’ll be launching DoorDash delivery soon, making it easier than ever to enjoy our steaks, sandwiches, meats, seasonings, and take‑home meals right at home.
